I am a 2DAnimator and Background Artist. I enjoy character design, storytelling and storyboarding. Oneday, I aspire to create a driven story from my skills and time at Yoobee. I want to express how colour can invoke emotions and used to enhance animation, how it portrays meaning and substance to the animation.

WABI-SABI
Capstone Project. Wabi Sabi is a group project by Studio Monarch with Kingsley, Lauren, Makaere, Nadya and myself. Wabi Sabi is a 2D animated short film following a boy named Kamon who is struggling to enjoy doing art like he used to. Attempted to abandon his craft but at the last minute finds unexpected inspiration in another student's work. Wabi Sabi is a mindset that encourages us to find the beauty in imperfection. As Kamon must learn to release his need for perfection and let himself enjoy his work, we aim to encourage fellow artists to do the same through this project. I worked on all the backgrounds for Kamons and Kameko’s room.
A Cat's Time
Year Two. A Cat’s Time is a story of Yua, a girl who lives alone with her cat, Mimi. Mimi narrates the story as Yua navigates the world of adulthood, she discovers both the freedom and loneliness that come with living independently, and Mimi learns of the outside world through Yua’s actions.
